Top 7 Things To Do In Victoria B.C. On This Halloween

Halloween decorations are equally loved by young and old; some enjoy this festival by travelling and meeting friends, while others like to cook special dishes for their loved ones. What is interesting about this year’s Halloween is that despite facing financial distress, Canadians have shown more interest in high participation, consistent spending, and earlier shopping this year, according to a survey by the Retail Council of Canada.

The survey noted that although the economic conditions are tough, there has been a ‘steady enthusiasm for Halloween’. Up to 60% of respondents were expected to spend on food, alcohol, and candy, while 30% were expected to spend on clothing and 26% on home decoration. Data shows that Canadians start preparing and purchasing items for Halloween more than four weeks before; this shows that people who celebrate Halloween take it very seriously.
