We are thrilled to inform you that your Edison College has seen a change in management. The new management welcomes everyone to participate in the celebrations of grand reopening on October 3, 2024. The event will start at 11:00 a.m. and continue until 6:00 p.m. during which the new management will unveil its strategy to take the college to new heights of success.
Edison College has a glorious history of over 50 years, and over the decades the college has shaped the lives of countless individuals. The management is committed to engaging with the faculty, new students, as well as the alumni to continue with the philosophy of fostering community and nurturing innovation.
The new management is committed to taking forward Edison College’s rich history of resilience and growth. Reviving campus life is essential to our college’s reopening. We are open to associations and activities that promote communication and teamwork. We want to build a lively community where everyone is heard — from academic engagements to cultural events. Our efforts to make sure that every student feels respected and accepted will be guided by our dedication to diversity and inclusion.
Innovation in education is something we are dedicated to as we welcome this new era. Our instructors and experts have put a lot of efforts into creating innovative curricula so that the use of technology and experiential learning can be properly utilized. We take great pride in providing our students with a range of programs that are intended to provide them the tools they need to succeed in a world that is changing quickly.
We acknowledge that our college is an important part of the larger community in Victoria, British Columbia. We will fortify our relationships with neighborhood businesses and groups as we embark on this new journey, giving students better access to practicum, internship, volunteer, and real-world experience opportunities. We think that interacting with the community enhances the educational process and gets our students ready to be responsible members of society worldwide.
